Target announced it will sell LGBTQ+ themed merchandise online and at some of its stores due to "historical sales performance."
The retailer sold its collection before the negative response at 2,000 stores it operates. The company claims it will continues to support the LGBTQIA+ community during June and year-round.
SALEM, Va. (WSET) — The Virginia Board of Pharmacy has revealed a list of shocking health and safety violations from a CVS in Salem.
CVS/Pharmacy #3794, located at 11 Chestnut Street, was ordered to pay $75,000 for violations, including improper COVID-19 vaccine administration by an inadequately trained nurse and the theft of substantial amounts of pharmaceutical drugs by a pharmacy technician trainee.

According to a Consent Order from the Virginia Board of Pharmacy, on October 5, 2021, the pharmacy delegated the administration of COVID-19 vaccines to a contract nurse who had been inadequately trained in diluting and administering vaccines.
CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Police in Cambria County confirmed a Westmont Hilltop wrestler was charged for stealing a gun at West Hills Fitness in Lower Yoder Township.
Court documents said Ethan Kelly, 18, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property on Tuesday. Both charges were classified as felonies.

Under the new format, prompts on the computer screens in driver's license centers will take the user to a template to register to vote. That leaves it up to them to choose not to register. Previously, prompts on the computer screen first asked the user whether they wanted to register to vote.
Somerset Co., PA (WJAC) — Federal authorities say a Rockwood man has pleaded guilty to charges related to tax evasion and filing a false tax return.
Investigators say 44-year-old Jason Svonavec was previously charged following an investigation by the IRS.
Authorities say Svonavec allegedly evaded "tax liability," in 2017, by illegally expensing the construction of his home through two companies that he operates.
Officials say in 2018, Svonavec then reportedly filed false tax deductions on his income tax return related to the construction.
