WASHINGTON (TND) — The Justice Department announced it would be moving forward with a lawsuit seeking to break up entertainment giant Live Nation and its dominating grasp on the market for tickets to popular performers at the country’s largest venues in a move that could remake how consumers get tickets to see shows. DOJ’s lawsuit was joined by 30 states and accuses Live Nation of using its market share power to stomp out competition and retaliate against promoters and venues that threaten its position as the leader in the marketplace, teeing off a legal battle that was more than a decade in the making.

CAMBRIA CO, Pa (WJAC) — Officials with Glendale School District announced that they will be moving to remote learning, through Dec. 1, due to an increase in COVID-19 cases among staff and students. The district adds that several individuals are currently quarantining due to the recent increase in cases. All extra-curricular activities are suspended at this time and the building will remain closed. "Unless otherwise notified, the normal in-person schedule will resume on Wednesday, December 2,"
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's ongoing effort to protect kids against online predators has led to the arrests of a dozen people. Over a three-month period, the TBI's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force helped identify and found children who were victims of sexortion and online sexual exploitation as well as identifying and arresting individuals accused of harming children online. "Operation Protecting Tomorrow" identified and found 18 known child victims of sextortion in Tennessee who were reported through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) cybertips from various social media platforms, including Snapchat and Instagram.

PITTSBURGH (AP) — Manager Derek Shelton’s contract was extended by the Pittsburgh Pirates after the team’s 14-7 start its best since 1992. Shelton’s contract was set to expire after this season. PITTSBURGH — The Steelers have announced a one-year contract extension for Head Coach Mike Tomlin that will keep him with the team through at least the 2021 season.
